ADST 117I - Service Advising and Management Internship

3 Credit Hours

Provides the student with the opportunity to experience in-person the foundational knowledge in general automotive/diesel shop operations, business operational concepts, fundamental operating theories of service management, and soft skills to build customer loyalty and relationships through communications. Students will be required to have the shop manager complete a Monthly Intern Report which will be graded by the instructor. The instructor of records will have the final authority to determine the satisfactory completion of required tasks.
