HOSP 201 - Internship

3 Credit Hours

This course will be hands-on experience of the concepts and skills learned in the program. If an external internship is available, the supervisor will provide feedback for the grade. If an external internship is not available, an internal internship will be assigned, that will provide hands-on experience. Hospitality establishment must be approved by the instructor.
