HOSP 105 - Hospitality Safety and Sanitation

3 Credit Hours

This course will prepare students for the SERV SafeTM Manager exam and the OSHA 10-hour training. The 10-hour SERV SafeTM Manager Certification Program provides accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on all aspects of handling food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving. This course empowers you to protect against foodborne illness outbreaks, minimize liability risks and improve food quality. OSHA 10 teaches basic safety in the workplace.
