Overview of the transferring of assets, including trusts, wills, and gifts, and a review of typical documents. Includes administration of estates, including probate procedure, federal and state death and income taxes, and fiduciary (administrators’) accounting and responsibilities, documents to be filed; work up trial documents for counsel’s assistance.
Pre-requisite(s): LAST 101 ; BUSN 210 .
