MECH 120 - Fluid Power

3 Credit Hours

This course provides a solid foundation in, and hands-on experience with basic hydraulic and pneumatic components including the transmission of force through liquids; the conversion of force to pressure; systematic methods of troubleshooting and testing hydraulic systems; principles of pressure, force, and volume relationships; as well as cylinders, and directional control valves.
