MLTN 238L - Clinical Microbiology Laboratory
1 Credit Hours
Students will perform manual procedures on various cultures and identify pathogenic bacteria. Introduces the student to automated identification procedures and antibiotic susceptibility. Introduces students to medically significant fungi and parasites and identification methods and morphological characteristics.
Pre-requisite(s): Admission to Medical Laboratory Technician program.
