The AAS n Technical Studies with a Concentration in Workforce Management is designed to meet the growing demand for skilled managers in technical trades. This progrm prepares student for supervisory careers in technical fields, equipping them with the technical, managerial, and communication skills needed to succeed in roles such as Project Manager, Floor Manager, Shop Manager, Salon Manager and Team Lead.

Fourth Semester


Students may receive up to 15 credit hours for prior technical training. Industry-recognized certifications and licensures will be evaluated for credit. If not available, students may take additional electives in BUSN, ECON, MGMT, MRKT, AIBU or in their technical field to reach the 15 credit hours needed for the Tehcnical Training Core.
