The General studies program in psychology is dedicated to providing a comprehensive two-year education that fosters a deep understanding of human behavior, mental processes, and scientific inquiry. Our mission is to equip students with foundational knowledge in psychological theory,m research methods, and practical application, empowering them to think critically, communicate effectively, and engage ethically in diverse personal, academic, and professional settings. Through accessible, inclusive, and student-centered learning, we prepare graduates for seamless transfer to four-year institutions or entry into human service and related fields, contributing to the well-being of individuals and communities.
