MAST 207 - Diseases of the Human Body

3 Credit Hours

This course focuses on the mechanisms of disease and disease effects on the human body. It emphasizes the disease process, basic concepts, terminology, and common diseases of each body system with normal anatomy and physiology compared to the pathologic anatomy and physiological malfunctioning due to the disease process. It also covers diagnostic methods, disease management, treatment modalities, and prognosis.

Pre-requisite(s): MAST 105 , MAST 106 , MAST 107 , MAST 108L , MAST 109 
Co-requisite(s): MAST 208L
