PTHA 238 - Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

4 Credit Hours

Advanced courses covering cardiopulmonary conditions and rehabilitation encountered in physical therapy. This course integrates previously learned skills of ethical behaviors, professional values, communication, patient care techniques, tests and measures, and introduces new skills of comprehensive treatment interventions, airway clearance techniques, wound management, aerobic capacity, and ventilation management.

Pre-requisite(s): PTHA 220 , PTHA 222 , PTHA 230 , PTHA 232 .
Co-requisite(s): PTHA 226 , PTHA 236 , PTHA 234 .
