ACCT 255 - Certified Bookkeeper and Accounting Review


3 Credit Hours

This course is a review of accounting principles and applications. This capstone course focuses on revenue recognition concepts, adjusting and other end-of-period journal entries, depreciation, payroll, bank reconciliations, and many other accounting tasks that small business owners need on a day-to-day basis. Students completing this course are expected to successfully pass Certified Bookkeepers examination administered by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB.) Successful completion of this exam is required as part of the course.
