AEST 101 - The Science of Aesthetics I

This course offers an in-depth exploration of essential concepts and practices within the field of skincare and aesthetics. Through lectures, discussions and presentations, students will delve into various aspects of skin analysis, skincare products, treatment room management, facial massage techniques, and the use of facial devices and technology. Empasis will be placed on understanding the intricacies of skin analysis, selecting appropriate skin care products, optimizing treatment room setup, mastering facial massage methods, and comprehending the application of facial devices and technology.
