BARB 202 - Clinical II/Professional Barbering II


4 Credit Hours

Clinical II is a comprehensive all-lab course designed to practically apply theoretical insights gained from “Professional Barbering II” to diverse aspects of grooming services. This course encompasses practical applications in nail care, women’s haircutting and styling, and men’s facial massage and treatments. Students engage in hands-on experiences in manicuring, identifying, addressing nail disorders, executing women’s haircut styles with variations in textures and techniques, and administering men’s facial massages and treatments. This course emphasizes the understanding of subdermal systems, massage theories, equipment usage, and effective facial treatment procedures within a controlled laboratory environment.

Pre-requisite(s): HAIR 202 , NAIL 201, & AEST 201 .
